As part of my week-long screen printing workshop at Fleisher Art Memorial, my class took a field trip across town to the Philadelphia Free Library. An unexpected surprise awaited…the library has quite a collection of fine art prints and photographs spanning works from 1493 to present.
The pictures are super cropped…because I was just that close…even touching one of the famous Andy Warhol soup cans…with gloves, of course! And yes, this is a real Warhol!

Glad you enjoyed the class and the trip to the Free Library. I plan to take the class to the Phila Museum of Art print collection during the fall term. Registration is open now – only 3 spots left! http://fleisher.org/workshops/adults.php
